简介
湖南湘乡人,经济学博士,教授,衡阳市生态经济重点研究基地首席专家,太阳集团tyc官网入口应用经济学学科带头人、应用经济研究中心主任。中国系统工程学会生态环境专委会会员。在“Sustainable Production and Consumption ” 、“Journal of cleaner production”、“Energy Economics”、“Computers & Industrial Engineering”、“Physica A”、“Environmental Science and Pollution Research”等国际、国内期刊以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI、SSCI、CSSCI收录论文40多篇,,主持湖南省社科重大、重点课题等省部级研究课题10项。是《Journal of cleaner production》、《Sustainable Production and Consumption》、《Environmental Science and Pollution Research》、《当代财经》、《江西财经大学学报》等SCI、SSCI、CSSCI期刊的外审专家。主要研究方向:资源与环境经济、经济决策分析。
